Hogan – The “Dressy” Sneaker
In high school, I loved Jordans and Nikes and had a huge collection. Since then I advanced to designer sneakers such as Dior Homme and Lanvin and now, I almost exclusively wear leather “dress” shoes.

A few months ago, I purchased a pair of brown suede Hogans from Filene’s Basement (defunct) and it was only yesterday I started to wear them. Sneakers are very comfortable and there is nothing better than a pair of comfortable shoes. The beauty of these sneakers is that they are not too far from many of my other shoes. I tend to only wear brown shoes and these sneakers are right up that alley. If you ever want a “dressy” sneaker, I highly recommend looking into purchasing a pair of Hogans.

Hogan is owned by the the Italian luxury group, Tod’s Group, and they have been expanding the brand with an accompanied clothing line. Hogan has three main models of sneakers, the City Tech, Timeactive and Interactive. Personally, I like the Interactive the best, the sole is much more substantial than the rest.
